Ship compensation plan
So here it is corp mates. You will earn points for participating in all corp isk making events. This includes missions/WH sleeper sites/and corp mining events. The points you earn will be logged and kept by an officer or the leader of the event for that day.
During these events 80% of what is made will go to the corp for growth. The other 20% will divided amongst the corp mates that participated in the event and a formula will be used to determine how much an hr. was made for people that left early.
You will earn 2 points for every hr. logged in the event.
Ships will be given out with full insurance.
2 points: Frigate
6 points: destroyer
12 points: cruiser/industrial ship/ Mining barge
24 points: battle cruiser
36 points: Tier 1 battleship
60 points: Tier 2 battleship/exhumers
80 points: Tier 3 Battleship
you can also rent the ship out if returned undamaged you will get your points back if you would like to put it towards a more expensive ship.
