Treatment of our members
In Auctoritas Fleet, there is no such a thing as expendable members. Officers exist solely for the purpose of cohesion. Even though you might take orders from the head of our PvP division for example, you’re still considered to be a valuable member and will not be treated in a lesser way. In every operation not dedicated to the corporation’s economy, all profits are divided 100% equally. We care about every single pilot that flies under the flag of the Auctoritas Fleet, and we always help out if we can.

Beginners in Auctoritas Fleet
If you are new to the game, that’s fine with us. A lot of us are new players. One of our main goals is to achieve a greater understanding of the game though every player helping out whenever they can. Even a beginner’s point of view can give insight!
As a beginner, we will purchase all the skill books that you will need to get started, we will help you out on how to maximize your skill plan and buy you your first ships. Don’t be afraid to ask for some noob money, one million might seem like a lot to ask for but really it isn’t.
Any questions you might have will be answered in the corporation chat. And if we don’t know the answer right away, someone will most likely find out for you!

Ship replacement
As we currently are a new corporation, we do not have a sufficient economy to offer insurance on all ships. During wartimes we will do everything we can to support and replace losses. If you lose a ship during a corporation-event you might be compensated depending on the circumstances.
However, during wartimes logistical and some other support ships will have full corporation insurance for when they are lost in battle. The reason for this is that any fleet without logistical support will not do well in a war against an organized enemy.

Sign on bonuses
We have a sign on bonus-system in order to reward members that bring in new players to the corporation.

Point system
By showing up at corporation events you will earn points. With these points, you will be able to rent ships for PvP or mining, or mabye you just want to keep it.

Communication
For in-game communication we use Ventrilomix 2.1.4. This is mandatory on all corporate events.
